The product showed up on time without damage. The product smelled great and looked as expected.

110 days in optimal temperature in home. I grew mold! The scoby attempting to form has large bubble pockets. Not at all what this should look like. This failed to grow the fact there is mold should be warnetted enough.I'd like to add it was shipped in a shopping style insulated bad with 3 frozen water bottle on bottom only. By time I got it 2 if 3 were warm the middle still had a small chunk of ice in bottle. The top of package was warm. Im guessing the poor packing isn't keeping this cool enough to prevent the scoby from being killed off. This is leading to ineffective scoby by time we get it. Temps were down week I ordered to high 80s low 90s but consider the temp of warehouse and vehicles delivering.Do not buy this!! Not worth the time or trouble.

The scoby and starter tea worked well! Our scoby hotel is doing great, and our batch of kombucha was delicious! Looking forward to making more! The first shipment got lost, which was frustrating - but we were refunded and the second shipment came quickly.

The scobies are great! They are fermenting away in new batches and the flavor was beyond good! I appreciate the seal-tight packaging. No issues whatsoever!

Amazing! This was my first scoby and I’ve kept it going for 5 fermentations so far! My kids love having a fun drink in the fridge and enjoy helping me come up with different flavorings for the second fermentation. The directions were easy to follow and it wasn’t as overwhelming as I thought it would be. Highly recommend for a first time user!

I have purchased several different scobys in the past to craft my kombucha. However, Gaia scoby was of great quality and came with free black tea. I will definitely be purchasing this product again…
