Are these compatible with a leading edge dimmer?

I am not familiar with a leading edge dimmer, but I have used them with a wall dimmer switch!

Would these work with our bedside lights, no actual dimmer switch but which have three settings, low, bright & off?

These bulbs make quite a loud buzzing sound when not at full brightness. I wouldn’t use these in the bedroom at all, let alone bed side
