Funny!
Bought this for my daughter’s car. She loves it. It is very small so unlikely to incite road rage from someone thinking she’s actually flipping them off. Finger wags slightly back and forth. Only drawback is if you turn the solar panel towards the windshield to collect more sun, then you’re flipping yourself off!

Barely moves, but still funny.
