My fussy kid love these and we’ve tried alot of different brands

My daughter takes magnesium supplements and we use these when travelling so we don't have to take liquid versions. They provide a decent amount of magnesium and she doesn't mind taking them because she said they taste quite nice compared to the liquid form. The only thing I don't like is how sugary the ingredients appear to be, but in the short term it's a trade off we don't mind too much, not sure I would be as comfortable with her having them on a daily basis.The gummies are vegan so would be suitable for all dietary requirements and each tub has 60 days supply, so they do represent quite good value for money.

These started off ok, but after a few days my 5 year old was suffering a really bad tummy, resulting in diarrhea. These were the only supplements she was taking so we stopped them and she’s back to normal.

The tub contains a 2 month supply at one gummy a day.The taste is just a standard sweet, sugary taste and it has a granulated sugar texture on the outside, and a very sticky inner texture, which can be annoying on the teeth.No digestion issues or any negative side effects. They are fine to take morning or night and on an empty stomach or with a meal.

I'm pretty lazy with pills, so the joy of finding Magnesium in gummy form was great!Although listed for children, I'm an adult taking them, and they're good for me too.The flavour is a sweeter raspberry taste. They kind of remind me of a squidgie fruit pastille, where they squish more but still have that sugary coating kind of fruit thing going on. They're quite pleasant considering. Magnesium can sometimes have a gritty texture too, but these are at a level where this is minimal.I take a couple a day and they really assist my legs into having a more sound nights sleep.

These are quite large but definitely resemble more of a sweet which makes them appealing to the kids to take.Both my children said they tasted good, and have frequently asked for them. My only complaint is the price for just magnesium seems on the higher side, but not completely unreasonable
