Hey - HID elements to wear out - read the review. Worth every penny, I can see again at night!
HID "burners" (aka BULBS) do age out. My Porsche Cayenne has 118,000 miles on it - and for the past 20,000 or so of those miles it's seemed as if the headlights were getting dimmer.Well - they were. When I removed the old burners to put these in - the bulb had a white ring deposited around the area where the arc is discharged. That white ring undoubtedly lessened the light output from the lights. Put these new ones in - and I can see again at night.

Wow! Just wow! I replaced 15 year old HIDs in my MX-5. Now I can see at night. These are so bright. 100% recommended.

Not a simple job on all vehicles
No brighter than the 15 year old ones I removed. 2010 RDX was a nightmare of a job. Remove bumper and grill because you need to remove headlight assemblies. Easy if you can access on your vehicle. Read up before and watch YouTube.

Fantastic upgrade for my Range Rover.
I upgraded from the old OEM bulbs in my Range Rover, and these Osrams are amazing in comparison, in fact there is no comparison.. Night and day difference, if you'll forgive the pun.

Good for me.
It's good. These were installed in a 2007 MDX. They were brighter than the 15 y/o bulbs that was in the car.
