This is a nice little door light. Or in common terms it is a nice window that goes in the door. The kid is very well-made and it's very easy to install. If it's perfectly in any hollow metal or wood door. It's very good value for the money.

Very good product. I suggest that if installing in a 1 3/4 exterior door that you use 3/8 inch thick glass or plexiglass and the size is 11x11 inch. I used caulking on the inside and outside. As you can see I installed these on a 6 panel door and they replaced the top panels perfectly. Installation requires a pencil, 3/8 inch drill bit, jig saw and Phillips screwdriver. Note: these DO NOT come with glass.

The opening to mount the frame in a door is 12x12 inches, but the glass/plexiglass insert has to be 11x11 inches. The 12x12 plexiglass insert suggested will not fit. It would have to be cut to size.

I moved into a new condo and decided to house my litter box in the utility room. There was already a vent installed on the door so I just took it off and the kitties have been using it as a kitty door. It looked a little unfinished so I went looking for a cat door that would fit the 12x12 cutout. Gave up after a while then stumbled on this. Works perfect! Comes as a grey color, I painted it white. I knew darn well that latex paint doesn't stick to metal but went for it anyway. Learn from my mistakes...if you want to paint it find a spray paint meant for metal! Either way, looks great in my opinion!

Our door to the garage is located in our very tight laundry room. Often I would enter the house and hit my wife with the door because I couldn't tell if she was there. After placing the window in the door, our problem has been resolved. It was very easy to install, taking about one hour. That included cutting there hole in the door. I painted the window before installing.

Heavy duty. Color was a little darker than shown in pic. No glass included.! Overall a good deal once you know what you’re expecting.

we ordered these partitions to install in our church's Sunday School classrooms. Unfortunately we did not know that the glass was not included in the partitions. they have been installed and they look very nice.
