King Arthur Baking Company Gluten-Free Scone Mix 12 oz., Breakfast Mix, Non-GMO

This was a huge gluten-free hit with my whole family—even my parents, who don’t eat gluten-free, loved them! The scones were moist, flaky, and full of flavor. We love adding cranberries and white chocolate chips for an extra delicious touch!

This mix is great. I add nuts and raisins and cinnamon. Yummy. Use a standing mixer to blend and you’ll get a soft scone with a nice crust.

So easy and yummy! When my husband, who doesn’t have to eat gluten free, says he really likes them you know they’re good! I added dried cranberries and orange zest and drizzled with an orange glaze. King Arthur mixes are the best! My tummy is happy again ;)

Our favorite GF scone mix. We love to add chocolate chips or orange juice and cranberries. Great quality. Easy to follow instructions. Taste and texture almost as good as non-gluten free. ;) Always love to have a mix in the pantry.

This mix is AMAZING! Easy and simple instructions. I chose to add small chunks of frozen strawberries into the dry mix right after incorporating the butter and they baked perfectly! As they were baking they filled the house with the most heavenly aroma and the taste is soooo good! Yum!!! I will definitely be buying again!

Pricey but excellent product. Cannot distinguish that it’s gluten free.
