Very well built
I've had my 43 inch Acer CG7 4k gaming monitor for almost 4 years now. It's natively 120Hz but it can be overclocked to 144Hz through the use of a second display port cable. I never bothered to try that because as a 4k monitor, I didn't have the graphics card cable of getting the FPS to 120 much less 144 unless I dropped the resolution from 4k to 1440. But not too long ago I got a 3080 TI that could do it on several to numerous games so I've been meaning to try out the overclock but never got around to it. So when this came up for review I picked it. When it arrived I was surprised how well built it is. It might very well be the most well built cable I've seen in my experience in the PC world and I've been using PC since the the good ol DOS days in the 80s. I like that it came with 2 velcro cable managing straps instead of the normal twist ties that most cables come with. You can never have enough of those of those velcro straps and they're much better than zip ties since you can easily take them on and off. (And since I'm on the subject. Cable managing is easily the hardest part of building a PC in my opinion. I strongly STRONGLY advise you to cable manage as you go with temporary ties that you remove and replace as you build up the cable bundles. Don't just put it all together and then try to manage it all at once or you can easily end up with a huge mess on your hands.) The braided sleeve of this cable almost feels like it's metal. The heads seem solid. The data is where it's suppose to be for a DP 2.1 cable. It doesn't have the annoying locking teeth that all my other DP 1.4 cables has. Which is annoying for me because I've added 2 outside rear 60mm fans over the empty PCIe slots as intakes for the GPU, and it's hard to reach my finger in between the cable and the fan to push the button that releases the teeth. I never got what those were for anyways. Not having them like HDMI cables and all of most of the rest doesn't have them and they works just fine. All in all the build quality seems like overkill. Which is a good thing.Unfortunately I ended up not using it for the intended purpose I got it for. It turns out that while the monitor is cable of overclocking, doing so disables the G-Sync. I'd rather it be 120Hz with G-Sync over 144Hz without it. So I just ended up just replacing the old 1.4 cable with this. Oh well, I'm still happy with this cable and it's easy for me to give this a 5 stars.

Excellent High-End DisplayPort Cable
This is an excellent high-end DisplayPort cable with great length. I’m currently using this cable with my Alienware 34” wide screen monitor with 3440x1440 resolution and 175Hz and the image/video is crystal clear. I’m able to use the highest fresh rate and resolution for playing PC games and I haven’t had any issues with compatibility or gaining the heights quality image/video playback at all. I also wanted a cable that would support future 8K resolutions so I could use it when upgrading my monitor in the future. Build quality is excellent. The cloth (instead of rubber) cable is easy to pull through monitor arm mounts and cable management products; I can tell this cable will last a long time. DisplayPort connectivity is second to none and provides the best performance. The cable is relatively inexpensive for the features it offers which is one of the reasons I picked this particular cable. Great product.

Thick cable with hard jacket
My cable measures 41 inches (104.5 cm)The connectors are very heavy, non-latching, and have orange pin plastics.Only the outer jacket provides strain relief. It is made of hard plastic strands. It plugs and displays fine.

Works great, good length
First the cord works well with my gaming rig, no issues with speed or syncing with 4k monitors. Secondly the cords seem to be built well, though the braided cord is a bit stiff, which makes cable management a bit more challenging. Finally, I like the length of the cord. I have the 6.6 ft which corresponds to 2 meters. I have a large desk and 2 widescreen monitors. I previously had a 6ft cord which did leave a lot of play in the cord and so was difficult to reposition monitors or my rig. The 6.6 cord gives me enough leeway to be comfortable but not so much that I have a lot of loose cord creating an eyesore.

Nice upgrade for gaming computer
I will be the first to say that I don't know much about this level of technology. I am used to HDMI cables for my home theater setup, so Display Port is new and scary to me. I recently bought my son a new gaming computer for his birthday and it had a really nice graphics card in it with a bunch of ports in the back. It had one HDMI and several DP ports, so I decided to grab this cable to take advantage of the improved graphics available. I talked to a couple people at work and they tried to explain how it was better than HDMI, but it was all kinda lost on me. What I do know is that the edges of the icons on the desktop are crisp and everything looks sharper. My son says his games are better, with the shadows and light sources being more defined. This is the second DP cable I tried. This one had higher specifications than the previous one, but I can't really tell a difference. Hopefully my son can.

Works great for my 4K 240 Hz monitor
This DisplayPort 2.1 cable works great for my 4K 240 Hz monitor.I needed a longer cable than the one the monitor came with and this one works flawlessly. Some of the aftermarket cables I have tried in the past have caused all kinds of issues but this one this one works perfectly with zero issues.I like that this doesn't have the stupid locks that many DisplayPort cables have which can make it difficult to remove the cables if you need to remove the cable.I have broken the DisplayPort socket on a video card before trying to remove one that wouldn't release so I hate those locks. This one connects and disconnects just like an HDMI cable with no stupid locks so I like that.I would definitely get this cable again if needed.

Works perfect at 4k 144hz.
So, I'll be honest, I can't test this cable at their claimed specifications. I don't have access to a monitor higher than 4k with a refresh rate higher than 144hz, so I had to test with what I have. I will say, 4k 144hz works perfectly using this cable with no issues with the screen going black on me. I will note, the cable doesn't have the end locks that most displayport cables have, so if that's a feature you need, this isn't the cable for you.Overall, I am happy to recommend this. It works just fine and looks good at the same time. That's all a cable needs to do.

Great DP cable!
I got this to use with my new 4K monitor.I needed a cable capable of supporting super high refresh rates, and found this one. I'm very pleased with it and have had no issues using it. With technology moving so quickly, it's helpful for me to get this now as my future monitors will likely be either higher in refresh rates or in resolution.Since it's braided, I trust that it will be quite durable.Overall, this is a great DP cable for those looking for a cable capable of high refresh rates, or ones that can support higher resolutions.

Easy to use
It doesnt have the button like the older generation DP cables where you had to depress the button before you can remove the cable from a port, which makes access so much easier. It does what it does, and its very sturdy. 2M length is great for connecting PC from the floor to desk.

premium quality displayport cable
Pros:-VisionSync VESA Certified Displayport Cable arrived in a nicely designed resealable plastic bag that has its own brand name, core features and most importantly a QR code for the authenticity of its VESA certification that many others don't bother to provide.-The cable seems very well made with a thick cable shell and the connectors on both ends are made entirely of metal material. This is a welcoming design since the plastic connectors are so easy to break.-the overall performance seems fine since I am unable to test the 8k and above 120hz due to lacking proper equipment. I did not observe any flickering, or ghosting issues with my setup.Nitpicks:-The cable could be slimmer and softer for easier maneuver in certain challenging situations.

So far so good!
Not an Upgrade you can see right away, or a visible difference but a faster cable should help with higher screen resolution. Overall good built quality and I hope it is VESA certified - which I can't be sure about because "VisionSync" is not listed on the VESA website as a Certified Manufacturer. And if this is FAKE, then it's a big problem. Amazon should investigate the authenticity of this product to protect potential buyers and stay behind the quality of the products sold on its website.

Well Built
I'm using this with my Dell 34" Ultrawide monitor at 3440x1440. While it's certainly not 16 or even 8k, it's a stable picture and I was glad to replace my shorter HDMI cable. This cable looks well built and has a nice finish to it. Recommended.
