Protein World - Hunger Buster Capsules - 1 Month (90 Capsules) 1 Month

My tub of hunger busters arrived on Sunday, I have been taking them as instructed for roughly 3/4 days and have found that they are extremely effective with my diet! I have found that during the day I am no longer hungry, I’m drinking more water, and it has made losing weight so much easier.I have managed to lose 7lbs in 3/4 day! I am planning on buying more products from protein world. I have tried many many many different types of weight loss aids but none have worked quite as well as this.

These didn't really make a change to my appetite or how my stomach feels, the fact that it required you to drink 1-2 glasses of water was probably what made me feel fuller as I tried that before meals with out the capsules and it had the same effect.They're a pain to swallow, they wouldn't be if they worked.but they are the cheapest out of most appetite suppressants so I'm not mad.protein world have lots of other really good products so I would invest in them instead.

In my opinion it does what it says on the bottle. As I can have two when I feel hungry and the hunger goes away for a while, which I think is great. However, my dad tried them for a while and felt they didn’t make any difference. So I think they act differently on each person, and everyone will have different results. With how I’ve found them to work, I would definitely recommend.

I have tried other similar products like XLS. This works better for me.It definitely curbs my appetite. I take 2 at about 11am with at least 10 ounces of water.Its important that you drink at least 10 ounces of water with them.It takes about an hour to kick in but lasts all day for me. I don't take any more, so 90 capsules lastsat least 6 weeks.

Doesn't stop your hunger if its behavioural or habitual, just gives you the runs.
