Excellent book, good rehab procedures and program
Excellent for knee rehabilitation, structured program with pictorials/photographs. This program will also align hips and knees, so will try to alleviate future weaknesses and knee/hip problems.

A useful read.
A good book with lots of useful information which could help solve your hip or knee pain. It gets you to think about your posture and supplies exercises to correct the muscles causing the pain. The first chapter is a bit to general for my tastes, but the rest is good and useful.

Pain relief in a day!
Easy to read and understand, clear diagrams, exercises are easy to follow and the online videos of the exercises makes this a simple foolproof way to achieve pain relief in - for me anyway - 8 hours.Highly recommended.
