Brilliant TV, amazing picture, super good value for money - brilliant install experience too
Our telly broke last Sunday after 10 years of use so after a bit of research, I bought this along with the Amazon basics TV wall bracket - the whole process has been smooth and easy from start to finish. The telly - really impressive for the price - the 4K picture is sharp with dolby vision adding depth and detail to whatever you’re watching - watched the Back to the Future trilogy at the weekend and they looked fantastic - the colours are vibrant without being overblown - watched Netflix on Sunday night and my daughter was watching YouTube videos on Monday while I was working from home - the picture looks great. The VIDAA system is simple and it comes loaded with all the essential apps - Netflix, Disney+, NOW TV, YouTube, Freely - wish Sky was on there though. The install service - I opted for free the installation add-on and I’m so glad I did - the installer was a guy named James, he turned up on time, was super friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing - I was his 8th stop of the day and that's what he was doing all the time - deliveries and installations. He mounted the telly securely on the Amazon basics wall bracket I also bought. But it wasn’t just a wall mount job - he went the extra mile - he connected and set up my Sky box, Blu-ray player and made sure everything was properly wired - hooked it all up to my router, updated the firmware and checked the apps were working - he gave everything a thorough test and made sure all the inputs worked and the TV was calibrated - he tidied up cables neatly and gave me a few tips about the settings. To top it off, he was just a genuinely nice bloke - we ended up having a bit of a talk and it a very hot day so we had an ice cold Pepsi while he worked - it honestly felt like having a mate round rather than just a delivery/install job - you really can’t ask for better service. If you’re considering this TV, I would definitely recommend - the picture and sound punch way above the £250 odd price - the install service took all the stress out of the equation too.

Can't be beat,for value.
Excellent,as good as a more expensive tv( unless you paying a few hundred),so I'm basing this on the price point, mainly. Very sharp picture, not fantastic, but adequate speakers, and a very easy to used remote, with quick to app buttons. Reason for five stars. I'm thinking about 4.75,and since five is closer than four, that is my rationale.

Absolutely amazing. Watch out Sony
We love everything about this tv. Having read about sound quality and need for a sound bar we considered ordering one at the same time and then chose to wait and give the tv a chance as is first off. Other reviews mention changing picture and sound qualities to suit and for us this is the answer. We have a small tv room with lots of soft furnishings so the acoustics might be helping and the sound is absolutely fine for us. The last tv was a smaller Sony. The sound quality is totally comparable. As is picture clarity. So light, easy to install, quick to set up. If you are considering this tv just get it. No need to hesitate. My only disappointment is that there is no hayu app on the tv and no way to download or watch through the internet function as apparently the browser is too old and I can’t find a way to update it. Quick fix is buy a fire stick and problem solved. Many thanks to Amazon help as always. Love the tv love Amazon. Many thanks.

No great faults but sound could be better.
Still getting used to freely tv and all the channel numbers which differ from freeview. Easy to set up and adjust to your preferrences, sound not as good as my previuos tv so I understand why you would get a sound bar but bluetooth buds are ok, picture ok and I use my 55 inch in the bedroom and for the price it is fairly spot on. It does me ok.

Highly recommend UHD TV
Initially bought 1 of these TVs and once setup and installed, I bought another 2 for my son's houses. The quality of these TV is stunning. The 50" screen size and picture quality is amazing. Vidaa software, preloaded with free access to so many movies and TV series. More importantly, Vidaa allows you to watch freeview channels without the need for an aerial. The sound isn't as bad as some of the reviewer have mentioned. However, given the overall quality, high specifications, built-in compatibility feathues and great price, attaching a soundbar is an easy addition to complement this wonderful piece of technology. Highly Recommended

Amazing TV - Great price point - WIN WINN!!
Amazing quality TV for such a reasonable price point. I got the 55” model and I couldn’t be more pleased. Sound quality is top notch but if you prefer more bass then maybe a soundbar would be a good option. For myself the sound is fantastic and the vibrancy of colour is truly impeccable. Very slick and slim, easy to set up with all apps preinstalled just a matter of signing in using QR codes. Easily connected to WiFi with great compatibility and no lag. Slim and slick remote control with all necessary features. Used the Amazon set up option also which was free and super efficient. Took away my old device and put up my new bracket and TV within an hr. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant TV for price
This is a great TV, picture is brilliant and I haven’t had any sound problems that some others have reported - also the freely (free view) TV which works over WiFi rather than needing an aerial connection is a brilliant addition

Great decent TV for the price👍. But the speakers are poor 👎
I purchased a 65-in version of this TV overall I'm very happy with the purchase but there's one or two niggles with it. First of all the TV speakers are very tiny and not very good but just about acceptable but you can get better sound if you turn off the digital processes like digital bass boost and surround sound and one or two others. I advise anyone who appreciates decent sound I would invest in a sound bar. Also every time you go to the picture settings you get an energy warning sign on screen if you need to adjust the settings which is just irritating. There is no Freeview but replaced with freely so far has been hit and miss because the picture keep freezing every so often and pixelating on the free HD channels like BBC iTV channel 4 and 5 and I never had this problem on my old Toshiba with the aerial with Freeview. Also it doesn't give you the option to swap from freely back the Freeview which would like to see. Hisense told me it may be a bad signal from my aerial or internet for the unstable freely but that is not true the signal was 100% and broadband is working fine. Easy to install and to set up that was not a problem. Picture quality I must say is excellent at this price point and I didn't expect to get OLED quality for £389. There are different picture settings to choose from but I would advise in my opinion to go into the picture settings and tweak them they get the right colour brightness and contrast etc to your personal taste. Full HD is excellent quality and 4K HDR+10 and Dolby vision can be outstanding👍 if you got the right picture settings and as I said just play around a bit with the settings and if you're using a fire stick or similar make sure you set the HDMI input to the enhanced mode in the settings and this will up scale the picture quality. There is a small amount of screen bleed around some parts of the edges in dark scenes but this is to be expected at this price point for this type of TV but hopefully that will settle down in time. Yes overall I would recommend this tv for the price but invest in a sound bar even a cheap basic one would be a lot better than the internal speakers and I'm not exaggerating 👎😄. UPDATE 18/07/25. I've received an software update and now the freely is working fine.👌
