Jet Ultramax Spray Gun,

What a fantastic jet hose gun! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by the product I received. First off, it was lovely to feel the solid metal build in your hand. Of course this leads to a little bit of extra weight but in my opinion it is worth it. If you care for the product age dint leave it outside of forget to wipe off excess water before storage, then you are responsible if it degrades. However, with proper use and after care I can see this product lasting many years. The range on the jet spray is amazing! For cleaning and generate maintenence around the house and garden, it is like a mini pressure washer with the added flexibility of being able to lower the power to water flowers, etc. All in all, a fantastic piece of engineering from Hozelock and a beautiful solid product that lives up to its price and marketing claims. Highly recommended!

This is a good quality product and even though a lot more expensive than the all plastic model, it’s worth buying. I purchased my previous one, probably about 15 years ago, and recently it started leaking when the hose was switched on. After this much service I had no hesitation in buying an exact copy to replace it.

I had another spray gun from Hozelock that I was very disappointed with; it was more suited for watering plant pots. This is much too strong for that and great for it's purpose of hosing down my car for a wash. It's incredibly sturdy, too; my past two hozelocks just haven't last more than a year, but I expect this one will just fine (although I think I'll be bringing it inside for winter, just to be safe!)

Nice quality, well built

This is a very good spray gun with a standard Hozelock fitting. This is a more robust gun than the more common plastic versions which usually have several spray patterns. This gun has a light adjustable spray which can be increased to provide a fairly strong jet or reduced to a shower -head type flow. Hopefully this will outlast the cheaper fully plastic type and represent better value in the longer term.

I've had one of these before but it suffered from being left out in the frost. I couldn't find another one at the time so bought a fairly cheap plastic one which is pretty feeble. Now I've finally discovered the one I wanted and it is as good as I remember. Quite a substantial thing being partly metal, but the spray is adjustable from a strong far-reaching jet, to a gentle spray for watering my wife's many pots. Highly recommended.

I bought this as a direct replacement for my old Hozelock Ultramax Jet Spray Gun. My old Hozelock Ultramax Jet Spray Gun is used very regularly and kept outside all year round in all weathers, and has been for the last for circa 20 years. It is still fully working, with no leakage, but a bit worse for wear, so I decided to upgrade. The new model is slightly heavier and if anything feels a bit more robust, so I will not be surprised if I were to get another circa 20 years service from this one, and if so, this represents excellent value for money.

Heavy duty quality hose gun, it's got 3 different settings but I did find if you hold the adjustment nozzle in between settings for a couple of seconds, it stays there, which means you can set the spray pretty much as you require. I did have the plastic version which did start leaking so plumbed for the metal one, it is solid and will hopefully last a long time.

Lo pedí el 24 de enero de este año y para finales de septiembre ya era inservible. Aparecieron grietas en la boquilla; las cubrí con cinta aislante, pero al final salía más agua por los lados que por delante. Amazon se portó de maravilla y me devolvió el dinero, pero no era barato; no era una pistola de pintura china de mala calidad, ¡era una Hozelock! No malgastes tu dinero.

A differenza degli articoli "base" che a volte hanno perdite, questa pistola non presenta difetti. E' un po' pesante, ma ne vale la pena
