Nothing I did not like about the product or the installation. I did have to research how to connect a 3wire cooktop to a 4 wire feed from the panel, but just cap off the white neutral as this stovetop needs the two hot leads or 220v single hot like non US countries and a safety ground no white neutral needed. The gasket seal was quite strong with the adhesive and is not going to slip out or leak. Going from twist knobs to touch controls will require practice but cleaning under the knobs was horrible. Ok so an after 1year plus review update. It has a couple of operational quirks that just need to be learned. The touch screen control buttons must be wiped clean of spills or they lock out. What I am most impressed with it how easy it is to clean. I have been using SOS steel wool pads at first I went gentle around the white lines and marking on the glass top figuring the steel wool pads would scratch them away. Not the case, not sure how the white is on there but scrub away to get any carbon buildup off and the top remains perfect and shiny. I would not hesitate to put one of these tops in again.

THIS IS A GREAT COOKTOP FOR THE PRICE AND THE QUALITY IS REMARKABLE I WAS WORRIED THAT WITH THE PRICE IT WOULD BE CHEAPLY MADE BUT AT MY SURPRISE IT WAS GREAT AND WAS A VERY NICE AND EASY TO USE COOKTOP !!!

So far so good Takes a little getting used to. Takes longer to heat up and it seems like the burner turns off and on at times. 3 burners work ok but the rest are not so good. Already has a crack in the lower right burner. (one we rarely use) But it fit perfectly and did not take long to wire up

TSIA: We first bought one of these for Prime Day 2022 to install in a friend’s kitchen. They loved it so much that, a year later, we decided to get one for our own kitchen (yay Prime Day 2023!). We didn’t get to our kitchen remodel yet, but our friends rave that it heats up super fast, and it’s so easy to clean because it’s just a smooth, flat surface. They also love the lock feature because they have pets that could jump up and touch the controls. I’m super excited to put this in my own kitchen.

Easy install. Worked as expected and would buy again.

Despite being only three months old, this electric cooktop has already shown signs of wear and tear. The left lower high-heat burner doesn’t function properly and can’t even get a pan to sizzle , unfortunately the glass top showed scratches after just one use even though my pans are meant for electric glass tops. Despite upgrading for additional burners, the overall quality disappoints. This cooktop may not meet the standards one would expect in terms of performance and durability. Very disappointed as I’m now stuck with a semi functional cooktop that doesn’t look good

I have has this for a while now and I love it I'm so glad I bought it. I read some reviews saying that it gets too hot and shuts off. This has only happened to me once. The only thing I don't like is how touchy the touch feature is. It also gets hotter than the one I had prior.

3 burner, 5700w requires 240v 30 amp to be manually wired and its clearly mentioned in description. Glad that stove comes with adequate grade wires (10awg 30amp) and metal shield. the previous stove I had from another manufacturer used 20amp but plug was a computer type! this guys are good and it gives me sense that they know what they manufacture :-) also I wanted to have a plug, so wires were too long for me, but I guess if you want just a junction box, length is good. works good so far. found kind of awkward that power/heat level goes in the “loop”. you touch plus and its increasing level 7..8..9 (9 is maximum) then 0… 1.. etc. and the same when do minus 2..1..0 (0- shuts off) then …9..8… but I guess same with the knobs - you can dial them any directions you want. Keep in mind that 24" 3 burner does NOT have feet and there is a power cable sticking out at the bottom. So you need to drop it in, or come up with your own idea how attach custom made feet.

Sieht gut aus , einfach einzubauen, Lieferung am nächsten Tag , digitale Einstellung schön anzusehen, aber auch nervig, blinkt zu lange , geht nicht gleich wieder an , muss man sich da erst rein arbeiten, Anleitung nicht in deutsch da. Sonst alles super . Sauber wischen darf man die Platte nicht beim kochen nicht, es geht dann alles gleich aus . Kocht schnell , wenn vorher was drauf war , nicht so schnell. 3 Kochfelder reichen . Alles zusammen , super 👍

Beau produit belle finition et apparemment de belle qualité, le bord en périphérique de la table en alu est un plus qui protège des éventuelle chocs. Vraiment c'est une très jolie plaque à un prix défient toute concurrence avec une esthétique parfaite. La technologie Hi.Light est aussi un plus pour une chauffe encore plus rapide, pas de regret, je l'utilise maintenant depuis le 26 janvier 2024 pour être précis, et cela me satisfait parfaitement. Pour le nettoyage il n'y a pas photo c'est le Top du Top par rapport à une plaque gaz avec les grilles. Maintenant il me reste à contrôler ma consommation d'électricité, c'est la seule chose aujourd'hui qui me ferait renoncer à ce mode de cuisson si celle ci s'avérai trop importante.
