I wanted a nice safe for a few of my larger weapons.This one seemed to be a good fit based on the description, pictures, and reviews.First off, watch the included video linked in the included manual. It is much easier to get instructions from that versus the manual.The safe went together relatively easy, and took me about 45 minutes by myself with a manual screw driver.The front door panel is relatively heavy, and the back is lighter, but certainly thicker than the sides. It would not take much to drill through it if someone wanted to break in to it. But to keep safe from kids and people messing around with the items, this should fit the bill. Thats why I got it. Not to make it break in proof, but to have my arms locked up relatively good.I had to remove the upper shelf to accommodate a few longer shot guns.The foam inserts inside are ok, and accommodate the arms I wanted to store. If you have longer items, I would just disregard the upper shelf and it should work just fine.I used the shelf on the bottom instead, so if I ever wanted to add it back, it is right there.The other thing I noticed, and it is not a huge deal, but it does show fingerprints , which is just annoying. But I am sure I could wipe it down and it would be fine. Just a little annoying.The setup for the code and fingerprints worked as the instructions laid out. It comes with 2 keys, which you will need to get it open to start the assembly process. Several ways to get into it, and added safety.The door mounted hand gun mounts are ok, and will fit most hand guns. Like little bags, nothing fancy.It doesn't have much room for ammo, so unless you have shorter guns, and you can use the shelf above, that would be the only spot to really put any ammo if you have a few rifles or shot guns in here.For the price there are probably better, but for what I need it for, it should do the trick.Certainly worthy of 4 stars, but it is a little flimsy, and unless you affix it to a wall or floor, could easily be moved without too much effort. So definitely attach it to a wall if you can.

The shelf is missing, but easy to assemble otherwise and it’s an OK cabinet for securing items.
