Exactly as described, and the price is good.

Very convenient little clips for small frames.
It took some fiddling around to understand the best distance from the picture glass to attach these clips. Eventually, I discovered they almost attach themselves. It's that easy! I love the little nub on the bottom that stops it from rotating completely off the picture glass or backing. They are nearly indestructible and could probably be used on larger frames/pictures but they do have a limit I suppose. I recommend you try them and see for yourself just how cool and easy they are to use.
