Stylish and nice wood quality. Assembly instructions were poor butit can be put together by most people despite the poorly illustrated assembly sheet.I never did find one of the assembly screws but it came together more or less correctly.A great way to show off ones artwork in a corner or to paint with.Found it to be a good value for the money but that assembly..well, that is why it only got 4 stars.

This easel comfortably exhibits a full-size movie signboard. My 15.5" x 11" poster looks lost when viewed against the size of the frame. The wood is light and thin but proved sturdier than it had appeared. The ledge does not have support from the frame, but its three support screws do keep it in place. With this design, the ledge braces the frame rather than vice-versa.The legs are not adjustable, so it will struggle if it's not placed on a flat surface. The easel can be adjusted as the screws work independently from the frame but can't be placed lower than shown in my photos. It does not provide any means of securing a display item, so if you plan to use this outdoors, bring some tape or gel glue dots to secure it from the wind.Overall, I recommend this only if you find the beige wood color appealing or embellishing. If not, Amazon has you covered with an impressive selection of easels offering a host of other features. It's among the nicest-looking easels but not the most functional.The instructions have two confusing steps. Part 1 directs you to link three wooden pieces with a screw. They are pictured and numbered (1, 2, and 3), but only on the paper. The pictures were too small for me to identify them. However, look for the holes for the screw and align them for maximum horizontal spread. Later, when you assemble the ledge, pause and place the stabilizing chain inside the middle screw assembly before tightening it.

The two horizontal wood pieces have screw holes that do not line up, which prohibits our ability to attach them.

I am glad I ordered this easel for my sunroom!It seems an acceptable level of sturdy for painting and is portable since I can take it apart or fold it to fit into my car. I can laon it to a friend and family member or use in a wedding or anniversary holding signs and the price is good! The wood is nice and I really feel pleased with this order. I've always wanted my very own easel and now I have it!A+++

Doesn’t line up the screws and holes. I just put it together and so it’s too late to return.

Great quailty and looked great for my daughters wedding. Really easy and fast to assemble.

Although this easel was lighter weight than expected, when assembled it was sturdy for framed art under 15 pounds.
