The media could not be loaded. After owning several cordless vacuums, I purchased a shark and I will never go back! I never imagined a cordless vacuum could out-perform a corded one, especially my 6 year old beloved CORDED Dyson. After purchasing the shark, I was so impressed with the performance capabilities, the Dyson was retired to the basement. While I understand tech evolves and I’m sure Dyson offers similar functionality today, shark offers at half the cost. When looking for something more versatile to mop and clean my floors, I knew it had to be a shark and this product did not disappoint. I have 2 dogs and the amount of hair it suctions up is unreal. Attached pic is just what I swept out of the main atea after cleaning (which I do every other day) and the self clean function will spit out at an equivalent amount of hair. Love the self clean as well. Shark is my new brand for life. ❤️❤️

I love this!!!! I always vacuum first with my regular cordless vacuum, and then use this more as a mop. I have all vinyl plank flooring and I HATE mopping) it’s so easy to use and I think it’s so much cleaner because it sucks up the dirty water vs pushing it all around!!!I personally don’t love the idea of using it my main vacuum because it just sounds gross with the dirt and a pain to clean the parts that way etc but to use this as a mop makes my floors so clean, and my life so much easier.The self cleaning roller works very well and I just take it out to air dry after, and rinse the dirty water container and it’s effortless!! Plus the detergent it uses smells very nice!! ☺️

I love this self-propelled portion. I was looking for something that did area rug as well as hardwood floors as soon as I used it on my one area rug it overheated. I only vacuumed my living room, which is very small and I had to clean it and the inside of the machine because it had dog hair. It was under five minutes before I filled up with hair again. and when you shut it off and leave it in a sitting position, it leaks a puddle of water.

Everything works and it does clean. I wish it scrubbed the floor closer. I usually have to go over the floors twice to get it where I think it should be.

I’ve been using the Hydrovak Messmaster Heavy Duty Wet/Dry for a while now, and honestly, if you don’t already have a regular vacuum, this won’t be enough to do the job. It’s great for wet messes, for example, when my baby throws food on the floor, this mess master handles it well. But if you’re looking for something to clean your whole house, this isn’t it.Cons:• Battery life is disappointing, runs out after cleaning just two rooms.• You must clean the filter and other parts after each use and wait 24 hours for them to dry.• Doesn’t fit under couches or counters, making it hard to reach certain areas.• On tile floors, it doesn’t remove stains, just picks up messes, but only if you move it very slowly.• Struggles with pet or human hair, you have to go over the same spot multiple times.• Requires a three step process, sweep first, use this, then mop separately.For more than $250, I expected more. If I had read a review like this before buying, I would have reconsidered. Instead, I’d pay a little extra for a proper vacuum that actually makes cleaning easier instead of more tiring.

If you are contemplating whether to buy it or not, just do it! I got the cordless version about a month ago and I love it. I am able to clean my kitchen, dining room and living room all on one charge. I do have to refill and empty the water reservoirs once but it’s so easy. I even noticed how it picked up dirt my mop left behind. I have a one year old velcro baby and two dogs and this saves me so much time, I don’t have to fill up heavy buckets or vacuum beforehand. Even my husband can use it! I don’t know why I didn’t get it before!
