Clutch Chairz Crank Series Onylight Edition Gaming Chair (Black/White)

After buying all sorts of $100 chairs that felt nice for 10 minutes in the store but killed me at home, I finally broke down and bought something that wasn't from Staples/Office Depo. This chair saved my back. Not only is my posture supported correctly by a firm seat for my daily work, but I can recline into a permanent zero-G like position for recreation; yes, you really can, and will, fall asleep in this thing.Downsides are minor. You will need to position the back cushion to your liking as you sit in it. I would argue this is what sets it apart in lumbar support from others in this category, and is a net positive. The thing is built great, with money well spend on the materials and stitching, but I have some decorative screw covers that keep falling off and I've stopped bothering (or caring). I once hoped that the wheels could be locked into position (it doesn't), but the chair is heavy enough that it won't budge easily. Armrests are the best armrests I've used, and that's saying a lot since I always take armrests off. These will stay; be aware they are plastic.Clutch Chairz has put out a great product. 5 stars given for finally finding a chair that didn't hurt me after 30 minutes of sitting. I've been using it for months now, and would highly recommend you spend the money if you are like me and need firm support. Make sure you get the right size; I'm a small guy, so Crank series for me. I bought off Amazon, but I've seen Frys Electronics carries them; try them out there if you are in doubt.

I've had this chair for about a month now. The build quality is excellent. This is the first chair that I've owned with a metal base, and such strong support. I was having back pains due to my previous chair having no lower lumbar support. It took about a month for the pain to subside after using this chair as a replacement. The automobile style chair tilt is what initially sold me on the chair but it has many more ergonomic features. I have it tailored specifically to my arm length, leg length, the angle that my wrists rest on the keyboard/mouse, and the most comfortable seat tilt. I would equate this chair to the be La-Z-Boy of office chairs.

Dieser Gaming-Stuhl von Clutch Chairz ist fantastisch. Die Farbe sieht sogar noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern (habe ihn in Pink bestellt), und das stundenlange Sitzen ist sehr bequem. Gerade das extra große Kissen zur Unterstützung der Lendenwirbelsäule ist bei langer Schreibtisch-Arbeit ein echter Segen. Ich nutze den Stuhl sowohl fürs Gaming als auch für die Arbeit, und finde ihn für beide Anwendungen sehr gut. Ich habe im Freundeskreis die meisten anderen bekannteren Gaming-Stühle probesitzen können, und finde den von Clutch Chairz den gemütlichsten.

My chair got a replacement part around the 1-year mark because it was beginning to wobble. That's fine. However, the replacement part has SNAPPED IN HALF and I haven't been able to reach their support since September. (It's Dec 29th now, nearly 4 months without a resolution).Stay away from this company.Maybe they used to be a great company, but they aren't anymore.
