Q: Does food stick to the bottom of the pan or does it work like a non stick

it works like hard anodised...if the pan is hot enough then food won't stick

Product Care Instructions	Do not overheat the Frypan when there is no food in it. Prolonged dry heating causes heat tints. Wash with mild soapy water and soft sponge. Do not use steel wool to clean the Frypan. After use, do not put the heated pan in cold tap water. Wait for it to cool down before pouring water in it. After wash, dry the Frypan completely before storing. White cloudy stains are a result of mineral deposits in the tap water and do not hamper the functioning of the Frypan
