I take one capsule a day of this MADE IN THE USA probiotic blend that delivers 30 billion live cultures oin just one capsule. I really appreciate the variety of Lactobacillus strains it includes, especially Lactobacillus salivarius, which I’ve come to value for the way it helps keep my digestion feeling comfortable and balanced and fighting for gut health and fighting invaders. This formula supports a healthy gut environment, which in turn helps me absorb nutrients better and maintain steadier overall wellness. I also like that a well-balanced gut contributes to immune support, making this probiotic an easy addition to my daily routine. The capsules are shelf stable, so I don’t need to refrigerate them, and they’re non-GMO, gluten free, and vegan, which fits my preferences. Everything is made in the USA in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility, and each batch is tested for quality, giving me confidence that I’m taking a clean, reliable probiotic every day.

Even though I eat a healthy diet that contains plenty of fiber and fresh fruits, I find that my gut health is better if I also take a probiotic supplement. While it's difficult to know exactly which type of probiotic is best, these Florabiotix supplements contain 10 different strains which should cover what is needed. I consider 30 Billion live cultures to be the minimum that works for me as I often take ones with 50 or even 100 Billion per dose. These were easy to take and I felt no adverse reaction to them, though someone just starting out taking probiotics might look out for this. Sometimes they can create bloating, gas, or worse when you first start taking probiotics. My only complaint is the packaging was ridiculously oversized and wasteful for the quantity of capsules inside. Save plastic and put them in a smaller container. At $20 for a 30 day supply, the pricing is okay considering the different strains provided.

I’ve been taking this probiotic for a few weeks and I’m really pleased with it so far. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no strong taste or smell, which I appreciate. I’ve noticed an improvement in digestion and less bloating after meals. I also like that it contains multiple strains and a high number of live cultures, which makes it feel more effective. It’s still early to see long-term results, but so far I’m happy with it.

On taste, smell, etc - there are no strong flavors/smells in these capsules. They are easy to swallow. It is a 2 pill dosage. On function - the overall idea of the product is fantastic - covering prostate health, gut health, and immune health, what could be wrong? Why 3 stars? As with most supplements, you have no idea what you are actually swallowing. There is nothing in these capsules that you would notice the health effects of unless you had blood tests before or after. Otherwise, you would need to send a few capsules to a lab to see what they actually contain. The concept is great, but you are just gambling on ingredients.

Made in the USA! Well packaged and seems to be a quality product. Probiotics are important for gut health and my wife has had less complaints since starting these.

I have had a pretty much unbroken regimen of taking fiber and probiotics to stay on the good side of my digestive health for several years. I am reluctant to make specific health recommendations regarding health products, since I am not a health professional and I know results can vary a lot from person to person. What I do know is that if I do not pay attention to my digestive health, I soon notice adverse outcomes due to the neglect. I have been using these for over a week now since I ran out of my last bunch of probiotics. All seems to be going well with my digestion now, so these seem to work at least as well as the previous product I was using. The box they packaged in was sort of flimsy and mangled when the product arrived, but they were in a sturdy, securely sealed bottle that protected them well and the product was in good condition. A large amount of cotton was in the bottle to protect the capsules, which is a layer of protection that you rarely see these days. The dose is a single capsule a day which is pretty easy for anyone to accomplish without much effort. The price is competitive with similar products on the market. As you can see from the picture of the ingredients, there is a great number and variety beneficial bacterial strains in this product.

These are very common probiotic strains but you are getting a tremendous amount of them which makes this supplement extremely effective. I was very regular taking these and I was quite happy about it. The health benefits of regularity cannot be understated. It really relieves some discomfort. They don't smell or stink like some other stuff. They are easily swallowed with water and aren't large at all. I'd call them average size pills which is amazing for how much they contain. There isn't a taste, after taste or smell of any sort. I'd say it's a good value for the money given it's effectiveness, large amount of ingredients and the price for how many pills you receive. It's a good bargain all things considered.

Update: I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to post this because of there could be an ingredient that causes discoloration, but - just like it says in the original review - I tested making this into a yogurt and what you see in the photos is what I got. I’ve made L. Reuteri, Gasseri, used Mary Ruth’s Women’s Probiotic with ~15 different probiotics, and more, into coconut yogurts and never had a result like this. And the yogurt in these photos look better than the yogurts that inspired the original review. The conclusion that myself, and Reddit, came to is that the pink stuff must be Kahm yeast. Which is suppose to be harmless. But I did not, do not, and will not take the chance to find out. I ended up throwing the whole bottle of probiotics away, and I’d advise you do the same if you aren’t willing to spend the money to test this product before taking it. Original: So my way of testing whether a probiotic product is safe or not is by using it to make a probiotic yogurt. I'll add it to coconut cream and a few other ingredients, mix together, and let it ferment in an instant pot. For the first time ever, I ended up with a mason jar filled with liquid, cream, and a layer of pink, thick, wavy-textured slop. It almost looked like it was added to the top. It smelled normal, but - needless to say - I threw it out. Everything was sterilized and checked before adding. At the end of the day, I'm not sure if what I made was normal or an ER trip waiting to happen. But I'll try again soon and update this if I get a different result. At the moment, I'm not sure if this can be recommended or if its even safe.
