I tried this charging cable for a few days on an outdoor vacation. Within a week, I believe it meets the requirements and has a better texture than the original refrigerator line. Will keep testing.

Good cable, however, these cigarette lighter type connectors can be unreliable in a mobile environment for things like refrigerators. Recommend checking out an Anderson connector for a more solid connection you can trust.

Picked up the JacEnergy 10910076 Power-Cord-Cable for 12V-Fridge-Freezers to use with our Dometic fridges. Keeping a cable in the car seems like a good way not to loose them. The JacEnergy cable feels rugged and I measured it right around 10 feet tip to tip. You should be able to put your fridge almost anywhere in your car and still have enough cord to reach an always-on socket.Dometic fridges aren't specifically named, but the plug at the fridge end is the same and I verified that this cable will provide 12v power to the Dometic CF-11, CF-18, and CFX-25 units without any issues (their draw is less than the 10A this cable is rated for.)The round end of the plug unscrews to reveal an ARB-style two-pin threaded connector for a reliable connection when going off-road (if you have an ARB-style socket.) Many companies have adopted this style plug as an option. I also verified that the cable properly includes a replaceable fuse within the tip.The JacEnergy cable is a high quality cable that is identical to the cable that ships with Dometic fridges so I'm very happy with it.

Got a 12 volt cooler but it came with a 6 feet long cord. This one is longer and works exactly the same! Great cord if you want to make sure your length is long enough. Good price!
