Worked briefly about 3 weeks turned off and when turned back on the indicators flashed but the camera did not come on I'm in the process of returning it

We often have Zoom meeting with my entire team and although my iPad turns it does not capture everyone. I was looking for a solution when I found this camera. It is everything it says it is. I coupled it with a conference speaker and zoom meeting have never gone so smoothly. This is an amazing product. It connects easily. The directions were very clear. The image is clear for everyone and it captures everyone at the table. I have only used it with a laptop and not with my iPad. I am not sure if it will work with the iPad because of the connections provided. Since it only stays in the office, it is not a big issue. It is overall what I was looking for and I recommend it.

I met with the team from the company that manufactures this camera at N.A.B. Las Vegas. Good folks... Here is the rundown. 1. White balance is spot on. Easy to set and match up with Sony Z280 and other cameras. blues and purples were easy matches and even greens.. 2. Shapness is great. This unit is so sharp you need to dial it down. 3. Skin tones and image quality matched broadcast cameras greatly. 4. PTZ settings are great. 192.168.100.206.... GUI in and control everything. no headaches.. 5. Quality is outstanding. 6. Noise reduction settings are beyond belief..trust me when I say this as a broadcast engineer. 7. CON. the image quality while panning is somewhat jerky..Zooming is fine. 7a. CON. no 23.98 setting or 24p 8. Quality in low light is outstanding. YES this kicks ass in low light. Great product for the price. I have used other brands and was not happy with the security camera look...This camera is broadcast quality. JQUADMEDIA Tallahassee. NO body paid me to say this or review.

Molto soddisfatta, non essendo molto pratica con le impostazioni ho chiesto aiuto al servizio cliente tenveo, sono rimasta sbalordita sulla loro disposizione nel seguire il mio bisogno sempre disponibile e attenti , veramente consiglio loro prodotti e soprattutto se siete come me non pratici loro vi potranno aiutare senza dubbio.

Die Tenveo HDMI PTZ Kamera mit 12X optischem Zoom hat mich insgesamt sehr beeindruckt. Die Bildqualität ist hervorragend und nicht vergleichbar mit einer günstigen Webcam. Selbst in dunkleren Räumen liefert die Kamera dank ihrer Lichtstärke noch gute Bilder, was sie besonders vielseitig einsetzbar macht. Ein großes Plus sind die vielen Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Ich nutze die Kamera über USB an meinem PC, aber es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten, diese Kamera anzuschließen. Das macht sie extrem flexibel für verschiedene Einsatzbereiche. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Fernbedienung, die die Nutzung sehr komfortabel macht. Sogar Presets können gespeichert werden, was die Bedienung noch einfacher und vor allem Komfortabler macht. Das AI Tracking funktioniert gut, allerdings gibt es einen kleinen Haken: Sobald man das Tracking einschaltet, fährt der Zoom zurück und kann nicht mehr verwendet werden. Das ist leider ein Nachteil, der die Nutzung etwas einschränkt. Trotzdem sind die vielseitigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten beeindruckend, sei es für Konferenzen, Video-Telefonie oder Online-Streaming. Ein Punkt, der in dieser Preisklasse fehlt, ist das eingebaute Mikrofon. Das sollte meiner Meinung nach standardmäßig dabei sein. Außerdem ist der Autofokus nicht immer zuverlässig, was manchmal zu unscharfen Bildern führt, das regelt die Kamera aber innerhalb von ein paar Sekunden von selbst, finde ich daher nicht schlimm. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel überzeugt die Kamera in Sachen Bildqualität absolut. Die Bilder sind sehr flüssig und der Zoom ist beeindruckend. Die Bedienung per Fernbedienung ist einfach und effektiv. Die Möglichkeit, die Kamera auf ein Stativ zu schrauben, ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Ich habe sie auf ein normales Lichtstativ montiert, was Platz auf dem Tisch spart. Der Preis ist zwar nicht niedrig, aber die Qualität der Kamera rechtfertigt die Investition. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Tenveo HDMI PTZ Kamera und kann sie auch bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Da der Autofokus manchmal etwas länger braucht, beim AI-Tracking kein Zoom möglich ist und auch kein Internes Mikrofon verbaut ist, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, auch nur 4 Sterne zu vergeben. Da der Preis doch relativ hoch ist und man daher auch entsprechende Leistungen erwarten kann. Wer darauf keinen Wert legt, aber hervorragende Bildqualität zur obersten Priorität hat, der wird sicherlich super zufrieden sein mit dieser Kamera
