Did not work and no returns!
This stuff did not work at all. It completely disipated when it hit the water. We needed to rush out to buy Decoart materials to save our son's birthday party. The Decoart paint worked perfectly. Note there are no returns.

So exciting to use!
I'd never used Marble Paint, and I mistook it for pouring paint. Big mistake! But before I used it, I watched a how-to video, so luckily, I realized what I was doing BEFORE I wasted a bunch of paint!I had a load of fun using this paint. And this Marabu Easy Marble Paint Set was great to use; I loved it. I would advise watching the tutorial before using the set just because it makes using it a little bit easier--there are certain things I wouldn't have thought of, like passing a piece of cardstock through the water to pick up excess paint before taking the art out of the water...making sure you recap the paint quickly...stuff like that. Little tips that make using these easier and smoother. You use these marble paints by quickly dripping several colors into a bucket of water, swirling the paint around, and then dipping something into the paint (which floats on the water). If you have swirled it together nicely, you get a lovely marbled pattern. You have to work quickly, because the paint will start to form a solid film on top of the water in a few seconds. You dip the paper, or glass, or plastic, or whatever, into the water, and the paint will attach to the thing (whatever it is) instead of sitting on the water. It turns out beautifully. It takes some practice, but it's a lovely design activity. You need to do this outside, or in a well-ventilated area, because these paints smell awful--they smell toxic, and are dangerous to ingest. I did mine outside, and that seemed optimal, as it was a breezy day. I recommend these paints. They are pigmented, easy to work with, and fun.
