Bought this for my elderly mother who has a hard time getting up from standard height chairs. The cushion adds nice height and it’s comfortable. Not too soft that she sinks in but not too stiff either. She liked this cushion so much we bought a second one for an additional chair. We’ve had the cushions for a few months and they are holding up well.

Once I sit on it, it squishes down too much so I prefer it holds its shaper better or be thicker. Not soft on the skin but tolerable. Overall, it's a good product and I would recommend if you're looking for a thick cushion.

I've bought and tried all kinds of seat cushions, padding, and make shift solutions in an attempt to make my wheelchair comfortable and prevent pressure wounds.Cushions typically slip (even when they fastened to the chair), are too thin, go flat quickly, lose their shape, and do not protect against pressure points..I took a chance on this cushion. It had only one review, and I was skeptical. Before I opened the box, I felt disappoinment, because it was incredibly light.I opened the box and removed the compressed plastic wrapping. To my surprise, it took shape quickly. It looked good, too.This cushion fit the seat perfectly, and has not slipped from under me during the three days I've used it. It is comfortable, and has cushioned the pressure pressure points better than anything I've tried.I'm pleased with it so far. Hallelujah!

So bought this for the height. I was using 2 cushions before and it was uncomfortable. I weigh 118lbs to start with. The cushion itself did not hold up on height at all. Just deflates once I sit on it however so far it is pretty comfortable on my bottom. I've only used it for a day and not sure if I want to return or not because my bottom does feel better but if you are buying for the height and you weight 118 or more I would suggest not to.

There’s too many things wrong that I don’t know where to start. First of all, I ordered two. They both came rolled up like a ball! After I finally got it unpackaged, they were not flat, they were both still folded, even after pressing on them to get them to lay flat. As you can see from the pictures. It shows the memory foam to be a few inches higher along with the padding to equal 6 inches and you can see by the picture that it’s barely a couple inches because it’s so flattened. I tried to sit on the cushion, and it’s lumpy because of the padding and memory foam That was squished. I am seriously considering returning and ordering something different. Don’t waste your money very disappointed!

My husband needed lift in his wheelchair. This is a super sturdy, thick seat and it helps him tremendously.

It does compress to 4 inches from my 220 lbs. but is very comfortable and provides excellent spine support. I ordered another one for another chair. High quality materials.

My husband recently had a hip replacement revision. The therapist recommended a high cushion for extra height in the wheel chair or in a dining room chair. He has been using the 5" cushion for almost 2 months and it's just what he needed. It has not gone flat, but it has lost some firmness. He weighs around 180 lbs and is 6'2" tall. We have used it out in restuarants also. The cover has been washed a couple of times and it air dries nicely. I just ordered a second one to keep in the car for when we go out somewhere. Overall, this is a very helpful cushion and much better than the standard issue one that comes with a wheelchair.
