It's a great height for looking out most windows, just what I was looking for. But if you're looking for a cat tree with a top shelf at around 50," this isn't it

Money was well spent. The cat tree is well made and fairly easy to assemble. Our cats adopted it as soon as we set it up. One feature we really like is that the design is stable. Our cats like to run up and down the tree. We don't have to worry that it will tip over.

I assembled the tree by myself and it only took roughly an hour. All pieces of parts arrived in good condition. Instructions were very easy to follow! I had a slight issue with the scratch pad at the bottom. If you tighten the screws too much, the pad won’t slide into the slit at the bottom of the base. Other than that, my two adult cats (both 10lbs) love it! It’s the perfect size and a great addition to their play room.

It is sturdy and well built. My 17 pound cat loves it. Easy to put together.

They said this is for large cats and good for Maine Coons. My Maine coon is a 4 month old female. I'm hoping this condo will be big enough in a year. I think they sprayed cat nip on it before packaging because she somehow knew it was for her so she thought she'd help by sitting on the instructions.At the moment, she is sitting on it instead of me. Not sure I like that part.If she likes it I like it. I'll try to check back in a few months for a size pic.Instructions were good. The scratch pad parts were a little off but all in all, easy to assemble and a good buy.
