Does what it says it does

It really does the job!!!I have been waking up and staying up in the middle of the night for the last three years thanks to perimenopause. I read this may be able to help if progesterone drop was the issue.I have consistently from day one of use gotten almost 1.5hrs on average more sleep a night. It has been three weeks that i started to use it. I still wake up , but I can go back to sleep within the hour. This has been a blessing.

I don't feel the effects how I thought.
