Did alot of research on this, didnt buy the cheapest or most expensive. This is exactly want i wanted after installation. Wish it came with a cover. It has a 18mm bolt that screws into hitch, not quick process to get off so prob leave attached to RV and protect from weather when not in use.

These are about $100 more than the dirt cheap ones & worth every penny. Super sturdy & easy to work with. I will never have to worry about our E-bikes with this rack.

Well constructed and straightforward, easy assembly. I looked a long time for a rack that would handle our heavier e-bikes AND be usable on our RV. Most I found could handle the weight (150 lbs w/o the battery) but didn't find many that were recommended for RV use.. I guess the issue with RV use is the bounce because of mounting so far back from the rear RV tires.The advertised description on Amazon specifically said it was acceptable to use on an RV. However, when I received the rack, the written directions from the manufacturer stated "not to use on an RV" Well, that was concerning !! So, there is a counterdiction between Amazon and the manufacturer. In any event, I decided to try it because of its' solid, heavy duty construction.The first time I used it, did extra strapping from the RV's hitch receiver. Also, added extra straps around each bike wheel and the rack wheel cradles. Traveled about 250 miles and there were no problems. (Very minimal bounce according the the person following me) and our bikes arrived at our destination in good shape.Really like the tilt feature of the rack, and its' locking security features. Would recommend the rack for heavier bikes.

Very nice rack for my Ebike. I got the Aluminum to cut some weight, its still a little heavy. Nice paint and strong. It was missing a bolt and not sure how to contact anyone to get one but local hardware should have something that will work.

Does not hold 2 ebikes, says Rzv rated. This pole bent on a 5 hour ride, also damaging paint on both bikes and a battery on one. Stay away !!! Oh and BTW the bikes were 65 lbs and securely tightened to carrier with carrier bolted securely in receiver.

Anyone know how to get a replacement hitch pin for this bike rack? Bike rack is solid and works great for e-bikes!Update! Contacted the company and they were super helpful in getting me a new hitch pin. Highly recommended

It’s sturdy and folds nice. And yes, the rack arms lock. But one of them is impossible to get off sometimes. It goes on no problem, but it sticks the opposite direction and no matter the amount of force , it can take a very long time to get the bikes off the rack…which is VERY frustrating. I’ve attempted to contact the seller with no response back. So it gets a 3 stars.
