Perfect fit
This is a great product. My shoulder did not hurt a bit during or after using it for a 100 shots in a clay tournament. Excellent protection and fit.

Less flinching.
After a session on the bench with a .338 Win Mag, and a bull pup 12 gauge, the arthritis in my shoulder told me I needed this. Glad I listened. Easily adjusted.

Reduces fatigue
Durable and functional, this recoil pad does aid in longevity for recoil impact. The buckles are easy to use and the straps can be adjusted. It's slightly tricky to get just the perfect position but can be used on left or right side. I like the gel inside and really absorbs the impact much better then without it. Sometimes it's slips if your constantly bending down or turning. Overall it's inexpensive and a good value for the price.

Excellent Design
Well made and the gel cushion feels great! Recoil will surely be reduced.

If your body is small to medium you have it made.
One strap is way to long and the other too short. The long one won't adjust down far enough and the other not long enough. The position of the pad is good but needed to be thicker. Not enough padding.

Not up to my standards.
This recoil pad is small, thin and not very effective, in part, due to it not staying in place, shifting around as I move an thin, poorly placed straps. For what it is: lackluster quality of build and materials, I cannot recommend this recoil pad for serious use.
