DIdn't even have to use the insert that this threaded into, fit perfect on a Sportster 2005 883C so the seat can be removed without a screwdriver.

I recently purchased this Motorcycle Seat Bolt Kit and I am incredibly happy with my purchase. This kit is the perfect fit for my Harley, as it is compatible with a wide range of models from 1996-2024. The quality is exceptional, with the bolts made from an aluminium alloy that prevents corrosion and rust. I was especially impressed with the knurling on the bolts, allowing for easy removal without the need for tools. The thoughtful inclusion of nylon washers to protect the seat bracket's paint is also a big plus. The bolt was easy to install at the rear seat bolt position. This is a replacement for the hold down screw at the rear of the seat on me Harley. Replacing the OG screw with this lovely nut is a good upgrade. Screwed straight in to the OG thread insert, but it did come with a replacement insert too.
