My old laptop couldn't hold a charge for more than about 15 minutes. That made it basically a desk PC. I ordered this battery, clicked it in place and turned my laptop on. It came with about a 30% charge already so I ran it down to zero and put it on the the charger. A few hours later, I fired up the laptop again and it was fully charged. It worked for about 6 hours of straight "on" time before needing to be set on the charger. This saved me money and hassle of getting a new laptop. Great stuff!

Replacement for my Envy 14
I have an old HP Envy 14-u000 that needed a new battery and this once was the correct replacement. It came with a slight charge out of the box and seems to hold up just fine.

Almost perfect fit
The fit on my HP Envy 17 is a bit tight and does not flip shut as smoothly as the original, besides that it came with about a 64% charge, and within about 50 min it was at 100%. There were no errors from the laptop so that is nice and I now don't have to worry about losing power and data.

Identical to the original
Laptop batteries can be very expensive especially when you buy them directly from the original manufacturer of the laptop. These are identical to the ones that HP provides with brand new laptops. They charge just as quickly and the hold a charge for a similar duration. Best of all, they're a fraction of the price of the replacements from HP.

fits HP 450 G2
Fits HP 450 G2 perfectly without having to struggle to get it installed as I did with the last one I tried. It charged up like it's supposed to and holds the charge, so basically functioning as designed. The price is a bit better than other replacement batteries for this model computer, so I have to say that this battery is a pretty good deal.
