These jewelry toys are super-cute and my 7 year-old daughter loves them, but I feel they are better suited to slightly younger kids. They made for a fun activity at her recent birthday party though. They are fairly decent value but not great.

This is truly a trinket toy, with smaller plastic pieces. Comes with:- 1 yellow ring. Can snap on 1 "Gemmy Friend"- 1 gold crown necklace charm, on light pink nylon cord. Can snap on 2 "Gemmy Friends"- 8 interchangeable "Gemmy Friends" collectables, 7 are just as pictured and 1 surprise characterNote on the necklace, the received set was the same crown form. They also come as star or heart shaped. Refer to 3rd listing photo. Regardless, they all can hold 2 gems. Easily interachaged by my 6 year old, but I can see 4 year olds having difficulty. Also note, contains many small parts so wouldn't recommend for children that continue to mouth toys.And yes, there's a collecting factor to Gemmy Friends, with over 80 characters to collect. My daughter is three and has just now started to get into jewelry. She loves this gift and that she gets to change out the ones on the rig and necklace.

These figures leave something to be desired in my opinion. These figurines were not a terrible price but there really wasn't much to the set. They were sort of cute but for the price, I think you could pick out a toy that had more creativity or accessories to expand on a child's imagination and fun.

We bought this for our two girls. They are ages six and three. I was not quite sure what to expect but I was impressed when I received it. The packaging and design are top-notch. One of the things that is very cool about this is it comes with two separate pieces. For us, with two girls, this was an awesome Situation because it allowed for us to gift this item to our two girls, and they could split it in each have a piece to play with. It comes with two main characters and a bunch of stickers that they can decorate the items. To be honest, this is very similar to other similar toys like Polly pocket , our kids love those and they were extremely excited to receive this. Overall design and quality are excellent. The packaging is excellent and this would make a great gift. I really cannot find anything that I would really change about this. I would highly recommend and I believe it is a good value for the price for what you get.

Fun little playset. Feels like decent quality, small and compact so good to take on the go. Definitely for an older kid not a younger one as there are small pieces.
