Love Sorrel
I first tried Sorrel at a Jamaican Restaurant and loved it. Recently found a hibiscus drink at a Mexican restaurant and it was close to what I remembered. I took a chance and purchasing this to make my own and I am extremely happy that I did. I Love the taste. The quality is as good as what I got in the Jamaica. I recently purchased more. I would definitely buy again.

Not the best quality. Or preparation issues
No instructions on package for preparation and It does not gel properly based on other products experience. I've bought other brands of sea moss before and had the instructions on how to wash and how to clean it and how to boil it for it to make a proper gel. Based on those instructions, I did the same thing with this product and it did not gel at all. it was a quite separated alot and the sea moss broke down very well and fell to the bottom of the container. Usually with sea moss you have to rinse it really good and then soak it for about 15 minutes with some lemon juice. Then rinse it off again and then boil it with clean water for a few minutes and then let it cool for it to become a gel. I don't know if it's over boiling it based on this product but with my other product I would boil for 20 to 25 minutes and it would become a perfect gel with this product it's just separated and it doesn't gel properly. If it had instructions with it I'd be more inclined to purchase it again so that I can make it properly but as it stands I will not be buying again
