A nice specialty flour
I use this to make Irish Brown Bread and it produces a lovely, moist loaf. It's not for everyday baking but is great for specialty breads and cakes.

A good alternative to our usual brand, which seems to be unavailable lately. Fresh and uniformly and finely ground. It's 12 oz., so quite spendy, but the quality is very good.
