A little firm at first
This felt very hard until a few weeks of use. Now it's getting more comfortable. I like my memory foam soft but supportive. I start the night with the firm pillow then switch to the soft one. Both support works well for my severe neck pain. Let's see how long they last. Probably will buy again.

Comfy!
It’s very comfortable - just firm enough, but not hard. So far so good. I tried this instead of tempur pedic which was way too hard and made my neck stiff. Finally getting a good night’s sleep now. I also like that it’s the same length as a regular pillow so it fits inside my pillow cases better.
