Q: Is this going to mess up natural vegetable tanned leather?

It will darken it slightly, but noticeably. May also add a slight sheen. It shouldn't impact the natural process though, and will protect from water damage. I don't know of any options for protection that won't alter color slightly.

Q: Will it work on suede? Well dyed suede leak the color if gets wet after using this?

This is a wax based finish. It is not meant for suede. Use Fiebing's Water Protector aerosol.

Q: Can you add Leather Balm with Atom Wax Neutral as a top coat for a Resolene finished holster?

I have done that and it worked great.

Q: Can i put fiebing’s leather dye on top of recently applied leather balm?

I’m not sure. I put the dye on then applied the balm
