Did as expected. Really helped with hot flashes/ sweats and joint aches. Does take a while before feeling the benefits.Helped with the post lunch slump and sugar cravings

My only complain would be that the tablets are massive and you have to take 4 at once, It gets hard to swallow sometimes. Other than that, its a good product, I've seen changes in my body system since i started.

Although this supplement consists of 120 tablets, the specified dose is four per day so they will last you a month. They are on the larger side but they're still easy to swallow. I took the first one with a glass of water as recommended.I was a bit daunted when I saw how large the tablets were. However, when taking the second one, I noticed that it tasted sweet and started to soften in my mouth, so I chewed it up. The sweetness was quite pleasant and the tablet, albeit a little chalky, dissolved easily and was very digestible, so this is my way of taking them. I do however follow up with a glass of water. If you find it hard to take tablets and are worried about the size of these and the quantity you have to take, maybe this could be the way to go.I like the fact that they also incorporate vitamins B6, B9 which is folic acid and chromium. They are also non GMO, vegan and gluten free.

The tablets are large and hard to swallow, I really struggle. Even if they had a coating over them that made them a bit more slippery then it would be easier like some of my other larger tablets have. These ones disintegrate slightly a bit in the mouth if you don't swallow straight away and become rough like they get a little powdery and makes them even more difficult to swallow. Due to this I will not be purchasing again which is a shame as it's hard to find tablets with a high concentration

This supplement arrived packaged well and are very good quality. The tablets are 4 daily and are large but still easy to swallow; each serving ( 2 tablets) contain myo-inositol 4000mg, vitamin B6 1.5mg, Folic Acid 200ug and Chromium 100ug.This supplement is a good addition to any daily health regime and are good value for money due to the high quality. Very happy with this brand and I would highly recommend!

This is a good combination of myo inositol tables with other a vitamins. Large tablets, but without any weird aftertaste. Serving size is 4 per day, so the bottle will be good for 1 month. It's too early to notice any difference, but generally, I would recommend.

I’d urge you to look up the potential benefits of this supplement - they are really great and certainly work.I’ve tried several brands so can usually tell a good one. This one is certainly among the better ones. Easy to swallow with water and no horrible aftertaste.Happy to recommend 😊

Waste of money. I have to brake them in half to be able to swallow them. So instead of 4 pieces I have 8. Add to this my other suppliments and there is a lot. So I quit taking them
