It arrived late, however the product work wonders. I had neck/back stiffness for over a week. I took 2 soft gels as recommended and the next day my muscle pain/stiffness was gone and I've only been taking them for a week now. I had to go down to 1 softgel, because I've been struggling with waking up, you go into a very deep sleeping state. I sleep so well and so heavily.
