I Purchased this product 30 August. I had it assembled for me. Last week ( 11.12.24) aSupport board on the left side cracked and broke in 2 places when I was getting up off the bed. Lat night, 11.19.24 the bottom corner on the right broke as I was getting off the bed. I fell on the floor. This is the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any furniture- anywhere. I am contacting customer service now for a refund. Disgusted.

It has so many parts it took four days to put it together.

arrived quickly, and it took me 3 days to complete alone, and along the way there were some guide holes or instructions that were just not right, specifically for the hinges and alignment of the folding bed frame where you end up having to make your own. After that hurdle, it was a solid bed frame and a good purchase. UPDATE: it is not solid at all wobbly and broke after 2 uses.

It took hours and three people to put it together and once it was done, it doesn't easily go from credenza to bed. When taking out the frame to turn it into a bed, the whole flap came down with force and hit my toes. This thing is dangerous.

It’s almost good but feels like it needs one more piece supporting the bed above the foldout frame because body weight starts breaking through and bending the brittle plywood beneath the bed very early into ownership

Possibly the worst item I have purchased on Amazon. Cost me $200 to have someone assemble it only to have my guest on sit on it for it to break. I had to have guests sleep on the floor until I got a blowup bed. The best part about the bed was the actual mattress that I purchased separately! DO NOT BUY!
