Device quality is top notch and having good suction power which picksup invisible dust particles and hair and easy to use and mop functionality is added benefit and work fine for 10-15 mins of usage and gets little heated up post that.

The vacuum cleaner is not functioning as advertised. There are several problems with this product. It is really a museum exhibit in our home. To begin with, the suction is terribly weak, one has to pass from the same spot 4-5 times to properly clean an area. Then if we try to fill up the water tank and mop (the vacuum claims that it's possible to vacuum and mop at the same time), there is water leakage that creates puddles all over the floor. The most important is it overheats. You could try to clean an average sized room and it becomes HOT. There is an essential engineering fault there : the vacuum is compact (which is nice), but the motor overheats as the air cannot exit, so the motor stops. Once it gets overheated, you end up with a useless piece of equipment : so use, performance and durability are non existent, it ends up occupying a corner in your house reminding you that you get what you pay for and it's better to buy the costlier model of a dependable and known brand that will last for the next 25 years, than to experiment and waste your money. We tried to contact the company and they would not be helpful either. Since we live abroad for most of the year, the guarantee also expired, hence we just threw it away.

After using for 6 months ...i am giving this review... Product is good.. and can be easily operated. Power cable is is long and vacuum can be be used easily if yhe switch board is far apart. Suction pressure is good ..and can clean your room in shrt time. Additional feature is wet mopping ...buying this product , you don't need to gat another mopping device.. cons is the machine gets hot quickly.. and it should not be used more than 10 min in a stretch...overall good product...

I wanted a basic vacuum cleaner that would let me vacuum and mop my 1200sqft 3bhk with ease. I have a toddler and constant construction dust from a nearby project. I didn’t have much hopes at first, but at this price point it definitely surprised me! Yes the machine gets hot when used continuously for 4-5 mins but honestly that’s enough time to vacuum each room. I give 30-40 secs rest before each room and this lets me finish vacuuming within 20 mins. The mop attachment is good enough but you canNOT use the vacuum and mop at the same time, meaning you can’t run the motor while mopping (it is a fine print mentioned in the manual). Solid 3.5/5, but if you have pets get a stronger suction power model.

I also haven’t figured out how to properly use the mop extension yet, and I’m a bit cautious about water getting into the filters.
