Appears to be high quality, if not a oem replacement.
I got a great deal on an HP victus 16 on eBay that was upgraded and a good price, the only thing is the guy had lost the power brick.So I bought this thing and did some stress test with games and it works 100% of the time at full power. It's the real deal, it powers a laptop without ever switching to battery mode no matter how hard I push it.

Laptop charging and laptop not abruptly shutting down even though plugged in
So far so good! One of the issues we were encountering which may or may not be due to a bad charger was 1) the battery not charging which was obvious but 2) laptop abruptly shutting down even though laptop was plugged in.Changing the charger seemed to fix these 2 issues.

Friends new puppy chewed through the blue tip cord, and the input cable!Still, this is not 100% HP specified. It will not tell you how long to finish the charge.Of course, HP's website was unmanageable to find a replacement, so I ordered this.After the cut off for Amazon next morning delivery, and found it on HP's site. It was Sixty bucks!!!
