This is one of the best and cost-effective AHCC product. I recommend one capsule per day, on an empty stomach, at least half an hour prior to any food, to be taken. This product has been so beneficial in making my immune system stronger. I have been taking this for about 4 months now and feel more energetic. They are easy to swallow. Nach meinem Eindruck hilft mir das tatsächlich gegen Grippe etc., wobei mein Testreihe noch nicht sehr ausgedehnt ist. Abschreckend ist der etwas hohe Preis im Vergleich zu anderer Alternativmedizin.

I bought this as I had been reading about medicinal properties of mushrooms and this is an extract from mushrooms which can boost immunity. I take this alongside turkey tail mushroom powder as an anti viral and anti cancer supplement. Not had a cold all winter!
