Assemble process. Sometimes it is hard to get someone to assemble. My friend did it quickly. It was easy to assemble. Sits very good. JLM

I am a frequent online shopper of furniture. I order furniture online from many company’s. Most times you don’t know the quality and durability of furniture that is sold online until you receive it or read reviews about it. This furniture is not sturdy, or well made as shown. The cushion isn’t sturdy, the upholstery isn’t quality. Now I understand the price for 2 chairs isn’t high. But in comparison to the chairs I bought from Okeysen that were similarly priced and good, sturdy faux leather. My biggest disappointment about purchasing from HOMDAY is the fact that I’ve been trying to return the chairs since 10/3/23. I told them I wasn’t satisfied with the chairs and that I didn’t wanted to pay $99 to ship it. They did not send me a return label and told me to ship it myself otherwise Amazon would charge $99 to ship it. I also told them I don’t want to pay for shipping (an unreasonable amount) and they asked me to send pictures to show what was wrong with the chairs. I sent the pictures and then they asked for video. After a while i sent video, they let me know they’ve received the video. Now days later I’ve reached out to them and they’ve stopped responding. I understand the risk we take with buying online. But there should always be reassurance that when we make a bad purchase or a purchase that we are dissatisfied with, the company should always make us whole. This company is not about making the customer whole.

The chairs are exactly what I wanted and the customer service was amazing. Very pleased with everything!
