True OEM item
This is the second time I replace the alarm siren on my 2011 Cayenne S. The first time, I bought an used one on another site and it only lasted 4 years.This one is the original, new from VAG. It's re-packaged, but inside is an OEM item. Recommended. It should last many years, considering that inside there is a new lithium battery (the one that fails after so many years), and is the one that causes the emergency flashers to go off when you activate the alarm system, indicating that it failed.It came with an extra cable extension, not needed on my Cayenne.

replaced alarm horn on my Porsche 991
Works.After 10 yrs the alarm horn on my Porsche 911 died - the symptom is when you lock the car the hazard lights come on. 5 mins replacement job. Prolly a chinese replacement but works at 1/4 price of the dealer part.
