I cannot believe I waited so long to get a Level 8! This is the best quality suitcase I have ever seen. It is beautiful and rolls like a dream. The multiple mesh storage sleeves will hold a lot of the odds and ends of travel that usually sink to the bottom of the suitcase. I have not yet traveled with it but am looking forward to using it. it is almost too pretty to turn over to the baggage handlers.

I absolutely love this piece of luggage. From the design to the locking system. It’s an amazing piece. I love how it unlocks with the push of a lever, one locking combination opposed to most trunk luggage has a combination on both latches. The interior is beautifully designed. I bought the green and its glossy finish is beautiful. The handle on the side with the soft close feature is very nice. I highly recommend this luggage! Thank you level 8!

I would’ve given 5 stars because it is a Really good product. Really light, design is pretty, product is durable and I use it a lot however, it can get easily scratched.

Locks work great. The compression pad system is easy to use and effective. Wheels rolled nicely. I added wheel covers to protect the wheels on European cobblestones. This made it a little less agile. I was able to pack more than I expected in this smaller carry on. I’m please with the purchase.

My wife and kids have all upgraded their luggage over the past couple of years — nice sets from Beis and Monos — while I was still rolling around with my old, noisy carry-on. They loved to tease me about it, so when I saw this bag from LEVEL8, I finally decided to upgrade. It’s classically beautiful, and when it arrived a day before a long trip, I was thrilled. It packs efficiently, feels solid, and the latch mechanism is genuinely cool. However, once I started traveling, I noticed a strong vibration when rolling it — more than a hum but less than a full shake. It doesn’t affect the function, but it’s definitely noticeable and gets annoying on long walks through airports. I reached out to LEVEL8 and was told this is normal. Unfortunately, none of my family’s other luggage does this. I’ll be returning it and, for now, will endure the family’s laughter as I roll my old clunky bag until I find something that looks as good as this but glides smoother

Just as with anything else Level 8, I highly recommend this. Durable and great looking. This thing makes a great carry on. Glides down the terminal with ease. Wheels are of the highest quality. Buy with confidence.

Very disappointed with this product. I only used it once. I just got back from a trip and can’t open the suitcase up. Even the reset combination pin doesn’t work. Awful because I can’t access my medication without breaking it and I’ll never be able to use the suitcase again if I break it open. I shouldn’t have to spend money on a lock smith for a defective item like this. The manufacturer should pay for it. The lifetime warranty is a joke. They will send you a new lock that you have to put in yourself. I already busted the latches so I could get into the suitcase. I already threw the suitcase away. So what good is the replacement lock going to do.

I just returned from visiting five countries in Europe over three weeks and this suitcase, plus a backpack, got me through the entire trip! No baggage claim needed! My suitcase was damaged during the trip due to no fault of my own and Level 8 has agreed to replace it, even though I have had it for 10 months! That is AMAZING customer service. I will be a Level 8 customer for life!

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt dieser Koffer sehr hochwertig. Das sollte er bei dem stolzen Preis von 200 € aber auch sein. Es besteht aber durchaus Verbesserungspotenzial. Der Koffer ist sehr stabil, die Rollen sind sehr leichtgängig. Die Griffe sind stabil und solide angebracht. Allerdings ist die Naht am Hauptgriff innen, also genau da, wo man den Koffer trägt. Die Ecken des Koffers sind zusätzlich durch Schutzkappen verstärkt. Der Koffer müsste für einige Zeit wasserdicht sein, denn die beiden Hälften überlappen sich deutlich. Das Schloss scheint mir bei diesem Koffer auch einigermaßen zuverlässig zu sein und nicht eine reine Attrappe wie bei vielen billigeren Modellen. Die Inneneinteilung ist vielfältig, für meinen Geschmack wird aber zu viel vorgegeben. Ich finde es praktischer, mehr oder weniger gar keine Einteilung zu haben und stattdessen Kofferorganizer zu verwenden. Der Koffer wird extrem gut - zu gut - verpackt versendet. In einem Karton steckt ein Karton. In letzterem steckt der Koffer in einer Plastikhülle, außerdem sind die Ecken zusätzlich ausgepolstert. Hat man den Koffer aus dieser Plastikhülle befreit, sieht man, dass der ganze Koffer nochmal in Plastikfolie eingepackt ist. Der ganze Koffer? Nein! Leider wurden nur die Halbschalen in Plastikfolie gepackt und dann daran die Griffe usw. angebracht. So geht die innerste Plastikfolie unter alle Applikationen. Und genau deshalb lässt sie sich nicht komplett entfernen. So habe ich nun in den Ritzen unter den Schnallen noch Plastikfolienrest, die sich auch mit Pinzette nicht entfernen lassen.

From the moment that you unbox this suitcase, it absolutely screams premium quality and class from start to finish. You might argue that it should do exactly that, given the purchase price of £219.99, with a £25 discount voucher (at the time of writing this review). However, whilst even I may have not spent this much on a case, having now seen and used it, you will definitely know that you are making a very worthy investment. The case benefits from an array of features that includes: • Very lightweight, weighing just under 4kg, so you can maximise your total airline luggage allowance • The case is made from strong polycarbonate and aluminium mixed materials, which should ensure a long lasting durability for many different trips • There are 8 corner bumpers, to help protect against damage whilst in use • There is an integral 3-wheel combination lock, which also has a TSA lock, which is convenient for international travel, to assist with border security checks • Rather than the usual zip closure that is used on many cases, this one has two sturdy clasp locks. I was initially concerned about the integrity of the clasps, as they appeared to be plastic. However, on closer inspection they appear to have a plastic covering, but the clasp catches look to be aluminium • Inside the case, there is lots of storage (37L) and each side of the case, has a divider to stop contents from moving around, one of which you can remove if you wish. There are internal zipper pockets in the dividers to keep loose items and there is even an integral waterproof toiletries pouch • The main retractable handle, extends with plenty of height for a range of different user heights and slides into each position very smoothly • There are two main carry handles on the case, one on the top and the other on the side. Both are very easy and comfortable to use, with the main handle next to the lock being very ergonomic, allowing for a nice firm grip • In operation, this case doesn’t wheel, it simply glides like it is on air. It is such a fantastic case to manoeuvre and is effortless, even if you have the case packed to the maximum volume. In addition, the wheels barely makes a sound, being whisper quiet • For added protection, the case even comes with a cover, to prevent the case getting scratched and marked, which is a really lovely bonus I really think that you have to see and use this case to really appreciate the attention to detail and craft-ship that has gone into manufacturing it. I absolutely love everything about it and cannot think of a single thing to say against it. However, in saying that, to be really picky, the one and only thing that I can point out is that due to there being no zip closure, you do have to make sure you organise your case more efficiently and not overload it, as you don’t get quite the same amount of ability to squash the case closed, due to the clasp catches. But then, you do get more than enough storage for up to four days worth of clothes and all the extra items you need to take with you. I have been so very impressed with this product and I have to say that I have been completely converted by spending a bit more money to get what I can only describe as possibly the perfect case for using both home and abroad. However, for me, I think that I will keep this for domestic journeys only, so that it doesn’t get exposed to the general wear and tear of flight handling. I unreservedly recommend this case to anyone looking for a new or replacement. You will not be disappointed.

Wenn man viel unterwegs ist und eventuell auch desöfteren geschäftlich mit dem Flugzeug verreist, der benötigt hier und da auch ein wenig Wechselwäsche oder Hygieneartikel um sich frischmachen zu können. Da man für kleine Aufenthalte keinen riiesigen Reisekoffer benötigt reicht hier auch ein kleiner aus und genau hier, kommt der asiatische Anbieter “LEVEL8“, welcher mit seinem 56cm hohen Koffer eine praktische und nicht all zu große Lösung für den Kurzurlaub anbieten möchte. Verpackt kommt der Koffer, in einer optisch recht einfachen Kartonage. Nach dem öffnen, ist dieser, ewinzigst mit etwas Styropor und einer Plastikfolie geschützt. Erfreulicherweise, nimmt man bei diesem Hartschlaenkoffer, keinerlei und angenehmen und/oder chemische Gerüche wahr. Der Koffer an und für sich, ist mit seinen knapp 4,2 Kilo zwar recht leicht aber dennoch gibt es hier im Vergleich, auch leichter Produkte. Was mich dennoch stört und auch sofort ins Auge fällt ist, dass der Koffer nicht weiß wie in der Produktbeschreibung angegeben ist sondern eher ein grau/beige besitzt. Das ist wie ich finde schon mal sehr schade denn ich habe mich auf einen weißen Koffer gefreut. Dennoch ist der Koffer im ersten Moment aufgrund seiner 360 Grad Räder, wendig und agil was mir schon sehr gut gefallen kann, somit lässt sich dieser ohne große Schwierigkeiten fahren und lenken. Trotzdem kommt auch hier mein erster kleiner Zweifel denn die Räder an und für sich, wirken zwar gelenkig aber von der Haptik wirken diese nicht ganz so robust wie ich mir das erhofft hatte. Auch der Griff, welcher sich in vier unterschiedlichen Höhen ausfahren lässt, lässt sich nicht so butterweich ein- und wieder ausfahren. Hier hängt der Griff leider doch hin und wieder mal…. Was mir gut gefällt ist der Verzicht eines Reißverschlusses an der aussenseite. Hier wird der Koffer durch zwei schnell zu öffnenden und schliessenden Verschlüsse geöffnet und wieder geschlossen…. Der Koffer mit einer Höhe von 56cm und einem Volumen von 37 Litern, dürfte wie ich finde den allmeisten Kurzreise Ansprüchen gerecht werden. Vom Platz her, sind zwei Fächer verfügbar welche jeweils durch eine Trennwand abgetrennt wird. Auch eine kleine wasserdichte Tasche ist zu finden welche ich aber eher weniger benötigen werde. Was mir aber beim entfernen der Stoffrückwand auffällt ist, dass hier doch einige Verarbeitungsfehler zu sehen sind. Metallplatte ragt ab und auch eine Schraube ist nur halb eingeschraubt… Dies spricht leider nicht wirklich von Qualität… SCHADE…. Bei dem Ganzen, darf man den doch recht hohen Preis, von knapp 195 Euro nicht vergessen. Hier setzt der Anbieter die Preislatte doch sehr hoch obwohl die Qualität wie ich finde hier nicht mithalten kann… Zur kleinen zusätzlichen Sicherheit, lässt sich das Gehäuse per Zahlenschloss verschliessen. Zusammenfassung: ➕ Mit knapp 4,2 Kilo noch leichter Koffer ➕ Mit 37 Liter ausreichend Platz für den kurzen Aufenthalt (ca. 2 Tage) ➕ 360 Grad Rollen die sich einfach rollen lassen ➕ Schneller Verschluss mal ohne Reißverschluss ➕ Mit Zahlenschloss verschliessbar ➖ Qualitativ sind leider einige Mankos zu entdecken ➖ Knapp 200 Euro spiegelt die Qualität hier nicht wieder ➖ Keine weiße Farbe sondern eher ein grau/beige Alles in allem kann mich der Koffer von LEVEL8 nur mäßig überzeugen. Qualitativ kann dieser den Preis nicht Wiederspiegeln und aus diesem Grund, von meiner Seite gerade einmal 3 Sterne….

Perfect case. This is clearly an investment piece and so you expect it to be good, but it surpassed my expectations. Everything about the design has been well thought out and well executed. There are two carry handles and the all important retractable pull handle. The wheels roll smoothly in every direction and can swivel on the spot for quick about turns. The body is strong enough o withstand being chucked about by the ground staff and it has reinforced corners to add to the strength. It is light enough to lift with one finger, so doesn’t eat up your weight allowance. Size wise it obviously depends what sort of traveller you are but I can get a weeks worth of clothes and a towel in here with no problem and I like to take plenty of things. It has several internal bags/ clips and separators to keep your packing tidy and the dirty away from the clean. The waterproof bag is great for things that can leak, like toiletries. Lastly it has a dust bag for when it’s being stored, a small thing but a nice touch- what wants to travel with tatty luggage.
