made a lovely bread using the Tassajara basic whole wheat bread recipe; good crumb & awesome aroma & taste.

Makes better bread than regular flour
I found this emmer flour to be incredibly tasty, has a nice color, and smells wonderful. Even better than Einkorn flour.Be aware that the dough is very sticky and doesn't rise well, so I found it was better to mix is about 1:1 with regular bread flour. This give a normal rise and crumb but maintains the excellent taste and smell. Einkorn doesn't need that mixing with regular flour, but Einkorn wasn't quite as flavorful.

Over priced! Found item for halt the price. Flavor is good.
Flavor was good. You may need to cook pancakes longer or thin the batter more than recipe calls for to have them cooked properly on the inside. I was able to find this same product for half the cost. Wont be purchasing again due to over pricing.

Love this flour
I use 4 different kinds of flours, to make my german bread, and the Emmer is a must for it!!!! It gives the bread a nutty flavor and it tastes really good!!!Waiting for Amazon, to get this one back in stock!

I’ll never go back to whole wheat. This bakes incredible bread. Flavor, nutritional value, aroma. Great product.
