I have heard good things about Bee Propolis and pollen so I wanted to try these. I like that they are a blend of Propolis, Jelly and Pollen. They taste good and are easy to eat. There are 60 gummies in the bottle and the serving is 2 per day so a bottle will last a month. I can't say how effective they are yet, but for me as a diabetic its much healthier to take a gummy than eat honey. I appreciate that this is a way to get the healthy ingredients from honey without the high sugar level. Overall I like these and do recommend them.
