This Beauty and the Beast "snow" globe was exquisitely made and very well packed. My friend absolutely loves it.

Item detailing not at all as described. Item overpriced and craftsmanship looks cheap-maybe $40-$50 worth, but definitely not over $100. Beauty and the Beast singing Globe is very poor/cheap craftsmanship on Beast (look at the face and outfit compared to the advertising from seller priced at $109+shipping/tax) Not at all pleased with item so it was returned.

When globe was delivered it would not play the tune. Unable to return because the child it was purchased for accidentally saw it and loves beauty and the beast so much, she won’t let go. Won’t order anything else from this company.

Okay, so. The projected date of delivery for this item is between the end of July and the beginning of August, but I just received mine in the post about 50 mins ago... And now, here's the rub.I had initially ordered this item on 9th July as a gift for my sister's birthday and to be delivered to her residence. However, the company cancelled the order without my acknowledgement due to being unable to find my sister's address (even though another company through Amazon had sent something there and had absolutely no trouble) and they also refunded my payment (I applied an additional two stars for that, as the initial rating was going to only be 1 star). I had to then re-purchase the item while paying more than I had previously, and then I had to wait, yet again, for it to arrive at the purported time and date. Now, I'm hoping that, come the end of the month, I'm not going to find out that I was charged twice, when another one of these shows up on my doorstep.It's highly likely that this review won't be published since Amazon doesn't seem to like it when we mix seller and shipping feedback with product reviews, so I'm going to primarily voice to the people who will be reviewing this review. I don't really know what's going on with you all - I've been a dedicated customer for nearly ten years, and a prime member for at least a year, and I have never seen business conducted this poorly. Given all the time, trust, and especially money I have put into this account and these products, I have to say: I'm really disappointed, guys.Now, to the review. The rating given does not apply to the product itself, only the experience I have had in trying to purchase it. The product itself is beautiful. There really isn't another word more closer than that one. It came in a regular cardboard box but that box and the foam partitions used to package the item were given ten-star treatment in terms of security and durability. In other words, that thing was more secure than Fort Knox. Much appreciated. All the parts were also included, nothing was missing or had broken off. The music plays beautifully and I admit, I teared up a little when I recognised 'Tale as Old as Time.' I won't lie. It was magical, and I really believe my sister who is a huge Beauty and the Beast fan is going to love it, when she finally gets to see it.
