Being able to choose the exact size, fabric, and style is great - no more ill-fitting store-bought options. The fabric selection is pretty impressive, found a waterproof option that's held up well to a few summer showers. The foam is dense and comfy, doesn't squish down to nothing when you sit. Love the non-slip bottom, no more cushions sliding around. Now for the not-so-cushy bits - the customization process can be a bit overwhelming if you're not sure exactly what you want. Measuring accurately is crucial - even a small mistake can lead to a less-than-perfect fit. The pricing can add up quickly if you're doing multiple cushions or choosing premium fabrics. While the waterproof fabric is great, it's not as soft as some indoor options. The ties and straps are helpful, but can be a bit fiddly to get just right. If you're looking for cushions that fit your space perfectly and don't mind putting in some effort on the front end, these could be a good pick. Just be prepared for some potential trial and error in getting everything just right. Ordered to size and picked the fabric. The time to arrival was reasonable and the product well constructed/finished. It was as described and fit my indoor bench perfectly. I would order from this company again.

This is a hermetically sealed pile of garbage. It is impossible to even get the wrapping open without damaging the item. The item itself smells awful and is so misshapen and twisted it doesn't even fit inside the cover. This product is absolute garbage!

I ordered a custom bench cushion for indoor use, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When it arrived, the cushion was compacted and felt way too hard. I let it unfurl for 24 hours, but even then, the firmness was uncomfortable for indoor furniture.There was also a slight odor upon opening, which did dissipate over time, but it added to my frustration. Given how hard it was, I decided to return it right away. Since the seller isn't part of the Prime program, it took about three weeks to receive the cushion, and dealing with both the merchant and Amazon for the return was quite a hassle. I ultimately had to use the A-Z guarantee to resolve the issue.One thing to note: I chose a linen material, but it felt more like Sunbrella, which is clearly meant for outdoor use. Additionally, the velcro tapes are stitched onto double stick strips, making it impossible to flip the cushion over without ruining the usage of the velcro.I would advise caution if you're considering this for indoor use. Overall, I can't recommend these cushions unless you’re certain you won’t need to turn them ever.
