I was a delicious cake, very moist and texture was perfect. Added the crushed pineapples, nuts and shredded carrots as directed. So many people said it was their favorite cake and happy with how delicious it was and said hard to fine a carrot cake that good. Bought 2 mixes so looking forward to serving it again.

This is a fantastic gluten-free carrot cake I highly recommend I had it with the pineapples added versus no pineapples just with walnuts, and my overall opinion it was way better with just walnuts, fresh carrots shreds, and the mix . The pineapple took away the carrot cake flavor,. Be sure and top it off with a good cream cheese frosting fantastic !!!

Love to make this cake. No icing. It tastes great and is moist. Texture is amazing for a gluten free. Density is good. But I like a dense cake. Very easy to make. It is very moist. The consistency dense but not heavy make it all the time. Husband eats it for a morning cake.

Great mix, although very pricey. My husband only likes pineapple upside down cake but he found a new favorite cake ! I gave it fewer stars because of the price. This brand turns out better than other gluten free mixes I’ve used.

Super moist. Very delicious. Not gritty like other gluten free cakes. Tastes great! Not sure why some people got a “brownie-type” turnout. We followed the directions and it came out perfectly. We will reorder!

A little moist, maybe could have baked a few more minutes but it was very good.

I was nervous a lot of GF cakes and other baking products just are not good. This was really good. I did this in a 9X9 pan and it was moist and delicious. 100% recommend

I made it for a birthday cake and everything from the cake itself to the frosting was so delicious! I’m not even GF but I’ll be making this from on because of how good it was and the clean ingredients to boot. The frosting makes alot-I was generous and still use all of it.
