The media could not be loaded. This is my first office chair which I bought for WFH purpose. I find the chair fairly comfortable. It was easy to assemble and had clear instructions. The seller provided me with a video on the same which was very helpful. The look and finish of chair top notch and I must say it's worth the price. After lot of research i settled for this brand and fortunately am I took the right decision. Kudos to MRC for delivering such a lovely product.

Bought two chairs for my clinic consultation room. I am a sports physiotherapist and can say that these are very comfortable and biomechanically correct made chairs. Have recommended to my patients too. Plus they are very classy in look too.

So i ordered this product by relying on the reviews on Amazon. But all of them are boosted by seller in return of extra warranty. The extended warranty does not make sense as the product is not of good quality at the first place. There are alignment issues in back rest and when you lean backwards on this char, you will not get confidence and it feels like you will topple. Other components of this chair also feel cheap like seat and wheels. Now talking about delivery experience, this product is not amazon fulfilled and i got it from delhivery. He asked extra money to deliver it on my door step while there was a service lift.My recommendation to put some extra money and buy it from a trustworthy brand.

The chair is very comfortable. Was delivered on time. We will be using it as a study chair. It’s almost a month…the chair seems durable and comfortable and has a mesh for the back so their is air circulation.
